You may already have a gym membership that you occasionally use, but you can do the exact same workout with the same intensity and with minimal equipment from the comfort of your home. This is especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, don’t have time to get to the gym or cant take the kids with you. So this means you need to think outside the box and get creative. As a personal trainer i do most of my workouts in clients homes without using fancy expensive equipment, because my clients feel more comfortable at home and it saves them time travelling to and from the gym. The best way to maximise your weight loss results is to manage your calorie intake, so if your finding it hard to limit yourself to a specific daily calorie intake, then try one of the many nutrition plans provided in the program.

Each program has a specific daily calorie content. Just choose the calorie content specific to your needs and simply follow the instructions in the meal plan.

Nutritional Lookup

The proven and best way to get results when losing weight is to monitor the calorie and nutritional value of the food that you eat. I have made this super easy with each members own nutritional database.

Simply type in individual foods or some of your favorite meals to get a breakdown of the calorie content and nutritional value. This will give you a great advantage when keeping to a calorie controlled diet to help cut out the foods preventing you from reaching your weight loss goals.

About Ryan

Meet Your Trainer

Hi, i’m Ryan and I’ve been a personal trainer for 15 years and just love helping people to keep fit, tone up and loose weight. I gained my level 3 Personal Trainers Qualification through the YMCA London Southbank and over that time have helped many people reach there fitness and weight loss goals. 

Throughout my career the fitness industry has changed dramatically, and one thing i have noticed time and time again is more and more people have requested personal training sessions outside of the gym environment and very often in the comfort of there own home. This makes it difficult for me to reach everybody that i want, so this has become my motivation in creating the Body Coaching Online Fitness Program to give people the right information and tuition to be able to choose when and where they workout, not having to rely on gym memberships or specialist equipment to reach your fitness and weight loss goals.  

I’m motivated to help others after finding my passion for fitness and nutrition through my own weight loss journey. As with many people i have had my struggles with weight loss and fitness, but have learnt through years of struggling that nutrition plays a much bigger role and by following a sustainable nutrition plan in conjunction with a fitness plan i was able to achieve my weight and fitness target.  Now i want to give that opportunity to others so that they can follow a sustainable program

And I’m still working at improving my health and fitness today and loving every minute of the journey!
